China Forcing Abortions?

According to a report on NPR , dozens of women have recently been forced to have abortions in China. This is an alarming trend to which all Christians should pay attention.

Even more alarming is the claim by some even here in the United States that the birth rate should be reduced because the rising population is a contributor to global warming. Though, as I have always said, Christians should take an active role in protecting the environment, we should never seek to protect part of God's creation by destroying the crowning jewel of creation...human beings. It was God who commanded Adam and Eve to be fruitful and multiply, who are we to negate God's commands? After all, God created man and woman in His image, not the earth!
